48-hour Cancellation Policy on All Services

Bookings must be cancelled 48-hours prior to the services’ start time for a full refund.

If the service is cancelled within 48-hours, no refund will be issued.

 

Weather Cancellations

Is at the sole discretion of Hawaiian Style Tours & Transportation

If a weather-related cancellation occurs and the activity cannot be rescheduled, we give a full refund.

Hawaiian Style Tours & Transportation will make every attempt to notify the guest(s) directly if a tour needs to be cancelled due to weather, most times the night before but in some cases it will be the morning of because of unforeseen weather conditions. If the reservations is made through a third party reseller, contact will be made to the Activity or Travel Agency as soon as possible thereafter to authorize a refund if necessary. We will be collecting a cell number at the time of reservations so that we can reach the guest outside of normal business hours.
